Misk Foundation Launches ‘NeverDisconnect’ Campaign

Misk Foundation- the non-profit foundation established by HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman- recently launched ‘NeverDisconnect’- an online campaign to encourage people to continue learning despite the problems they have been facing during the lockdown in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. It aims to further Misk Foundation’s role in supporting and enabling society members, believing that no form of isolation can restrict passion and creativity.

The campaign was launched in response to the precautionary measures taken to control the outbreak of the pandemic.
Through the campaign, Misk Foundation offers a wide range of innovative programs and initiatives, aiming at detaching people from the negativity around the pandemic and reconnecting with the existing opportunities. These programs offer to take the participants on a unique journey of continuous learning and development.

The campaign includes professional development initiatives for everyone, and especially targets fresh graduates as well as Misk Academy graduates, helping them to find job opportunities. The ‘Misk Academy VFair’- a virtual career fair held on 15th & 16th April- represented efforts to connect graduates with leading employers and to facilitate access to employment opportunities. The entire fair was online where job seekers could visit hiring partners’ booths, apply for jobs, and even appear for online job interviews.

As part of the program, Misk Academy provides access to the Coursera library with over 3,600 online courses and Misk Academy’s curated courses to up-skill young leaders and thus, investing in the human capital.

The ‘1 Hour Panel Talks’, another initiative, hosts virtually a set of subject-matter experts to discuss topics in digital media, machine learning and leadership during crisis.
