Position: Sales and Key Accounts Manager
Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a skilled Sales and Key Account Manager who is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The candidate should be able to identify the new business opportunities, define and provide solutions, manage the needs and requirements of the clients and Contribute to growth of business to achieve long-term success.
- End to end Sales and Key Accounts management
- Market Mapping; Identifying Business Opportunities in KSA
- Development of new pipeline for all the assigned business verticals by adapting Innovative approach to generate business and build long term relationships with existing & potential clients.
- Work with concerned stakeholders to prepare and submit Business Proposals.
- 2-5 years of Experience in Sales and KAM of Manpower, Technology Solutions to the IT and Telecom sector, would be preferred.
- Should have handled 7M-12M SAR as annual sales target.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve set targets is key for this position
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial and will do attitude key for success in the row.
- Willing to work in a startup with the motivation to build the organization as the best in the industry.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
