Mohammed Alshammari is a chairman and Co-Founder of the T&S. He brings a multidimensional experience of over 20 years of technology industry leadership, investment service expertise and modern management experience.
Since taking over leadership of T&S, He has focused on leveraging unique local expertise and network to serve international and multinational clients with an emphasis on strong execution, customer focus and highest ethical standards.
Abdullah Alshammari is the co-founder and CEO of Tools & Solutions. Abdullah has 20 years of diversified experience with an extensive array of local, national, and multinational businesses. He is driving the changes that ensure the successful development and implementation of Tools & Solutions strategic vision.
Before his current role with T&S, Abdullah held several executive roles with multinational businesses operating in the region, including technology giants such as Microsoft, HP, Zain, and Mobily. Abdullah earned an MBA from University of Leicester. Over the course of his career, he has developed a deep understanding of technology investment capability & sustainability building, as well as a varied knowledge of the GCC and KSA regulatory market and legislation.
Ahmed Alshammari is the COO and co-founder of Tools & Solutions. He has 15 years specializing in mid to large size organizations providing HR guidance, advice and leadership to managers in new office setup, start-up, growth and establishment.
His wide-ranging experience includes labor law, benefits and compensation, employee relations, saudization, talent acquisition and management. He has experience in a number of industries and is always ready to help, including professional services, technology and finance.
Ahmed brings with him a wealth of knowledge helping to untangle complex local employment laws and helping organizations on everything that is labor related. He brings extensive experience leading organizational transformations, and advised a wide range of clients, local and international, on immigration, visa, compliance and labor issues.
